Instructions for Repairs

• CHECK OUT & PAY ON WEBSITE 

  **If you have more than 1 Integrator® Adjusting Instruments that is in need of repair, you will need to make separate transactions for each instrument being shipped. However, you may send them in at the same time, in the same flat-rate box.

  ** Standard repairs for US orders is $225, and standard repairs for International orders is $265. IF your integrator ends up needing a one-time upgrade, our team will reach out to you with the link to pay the additional $125 service fee. This can be found on our checkout tab on our website.

• PLACE INTEGRATOR® ADJUSTING INSTRUMENT IN A PRIORITY FLAT-RATE BOX

  **PLEASE TAKE THE TIP OUT OF THE INSTRUMENT BEFORE SHIPPING AND DO NOT SEND IT IN WITH YOUR INSTRUMENT. This allows our Engineer team to best clean and fully assess the entire instrument. It also eliminates the chance of it getting lost in transit. 

  **It is highly recommended to wrap your instrument with bubble wrap or other materials for protection during shipping & handling. We also recommend taping all edges/ sides and around the center so that the instrument does not get damaged or lost during the shipping process.

• TAKE INTEGRATOR® ADJUSTING INSTRUMENT TO YOUR NEAREST SHIPPING COMPANY (USPS, Fed-EX, or UPS)

  **PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A RETURN ADDRESS THAT MATCHES THE NAME & ADDRESS USED TO PLACE THE ORDER. It is also helpful to print a copy of the order confirmation and include it in the box. This eliminates any confusion and allows for a seamless repair process. • PLEASE NOTE THAT P2 RESTORATION ONLY COVERS $30 OF SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL REPAIRS. If the return shipping cost exceeds this amount, you will be responsible for paying the difference. In this scenario, our team will reach out to you and inform you on how to pay the additional shipping cost.

• ONCE SHIPPED,  PLEASE PATIENTLY WAIT FOR YOUR REPAIRED INTEGRATOR® ADJUSTING INSTRUMENT TO RETURN BACK TO YOUR DOORSTEP. TURNAROUND TIME IS USUALLY 3-4 WEEKS, BUT CAN FLUCTUATE DEPENDING ON THE VOLUME OF ORDERS IN THE SHOP.
